How Ashkoo protects both consumers and companies

Ashkoo is not a public shaming site. It is a documented mediation channel that starts private, preserves the company’s right of reply, and masks sensitive data throughout the case lifecycle.

1

Privacy before publicity

A case can appear as being tracked, while its details stay protected during the first response window.

2

72 hours to respond

The company has a clear response window before public details may open, while sensitive data remains hidden forever.

3

Right of reply

Every company can respond officially and request review if content is inaccurate or violates its rights.

The Ashkoo model

We connect the case owner and the company through a documented path: submission, review, company notification, response window, then resolution or controlled publication.

What we do not do

We do not issue legal judgments, declare a company guilty, sell user data, or publish phone numbers, emails, bank accounts, or card details.

  • No sensitive data is published.
  • No final automated decisions without human review.
  • No abusive, hateful, or fact-free content.

Who sees the details?

The case owner, review team, and authorized company representatives can see the information needed to handle the case. The public sees a protected version.

When can public details open?

After review, complaint details remain masked for 72 hours. If the company responds within the window, details remain limited. If not, a sanitized public version may appear.
