Is the platform liable for complaint content?
No. Ashkoo is a neutral technical intermediary. Legal responsibility for a case's content lies solely with its publisher. The platform's role is to relay the message and provide resolution and review channels.
What if a complaint is false or misleading?
You can request a review via info@ashkoo.com. The review team handles the request within 48 hours. If the claim is found to lack factual basis, we remove the content and notify the author.
Do you share complaining customers' data?
Only what is needed to reply: displayed name, email (for communication), and phone if the customer chose to share. Everything else is protected by our privacy policy.
Can we delete a case after resolution?
Yes. On joint request from both parties, a resolved case can be archived and removed from public view.
