For consumers
Is filing a case free?▾
Yes — filing cases and using the platform is completely free for consumers. No hidden fees.
What happens after I submit?▾
Your case goes directly to the company in private — no one else sees it at first. The company gets a notification and has 72 hours to respond. You're notified as soon as there's a reply.
Will my case go public immediately?▾
No. Every case starts private between you and the company. Public posting is optional, and only happens if: (1) you request it yourself after the response window expires without resolution, (2) both you and the company consent to publish the outcome as a case study.
Can I withdraw my case?▾
Yes, anytime. "Withdraw case" button on the case page. It is deleted and no longer visible.
What if the company doesn't respond?▾
After 72h with no reply you can: (1) grant extra time, (2) request public posting (moderated before publishing), (3) withdraw the case.
What content is rejected?▾
Cases with personal insults, sensitive personal data, baseless claims, hate speech, or content unrelated to a consumer experience. All content is moderated before public posting.
Can I attach photos or videos?▾
Yes — up to 5 files (images / videos / PDFs / invoices). Stored securely and never revealed publicly unless the case is published.
How do I mark a case resolved?▾
After the company replies and applies a solution, click "Resolved" on your case page. You can add a rating. The case is archived and the company sees they closed it successfully.
For companies
How do we register our company?▾
Go to the company registration page — free. After verifying the business email and representative identity, your account is active.
Is brand membership paid?▾
Currently free for all companies. We'll announce paid plans later, but your current free membership will not be revoked.
What if we think a case is misleading?▾
Review request via info@ashkoo.com with arguments and evidence. The review team handles it within 48 hours. If the claim lacks factual basis, we remove the content.
Can our company publish a public reply?▾
Yes. If a case is published, your official reply appears on the same page with equal prominence.
Legal questions
Who is legally responsible for case content?▾
The case author only. Ashkoo is a neutral technical intermediary that facilitates communication and provides resolution channels. The platform does not verify or endorse every claim.
Is my data protected?▾
Yes. Personal data is encrypted and stored in compliance with regional data-protection laws. We do not sell your data. Your email and phone are never public.
Is the platform open to minors?▾
The platform is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect minor data.
