How Ashkoo verifies company representatives

Only authorized company representatives can access a brand panel and see private case details for that company.

Ownership claim

The representative requests ownership of the company page through a dedicated form.

We use company email, official website, or supporting documents to verify.

Ownership becomes active only after Ashkoo review team approval.

Applicant name, company email, role in the company, website or proof of ownership, and any verification notes.

The user is linked as owner or admin and can manage replies, team, templates, reports, and profile details.

We may reject a claim if authority cannot be verified, or suspend access if abuse occurs or the person leaves the company.

Ashkoo supports managing more than one company from the same account when rights are verified per company.
