1. Submit

The consumer submits details and supporting documents securely.

2. Review and response window

Ashkoo reviews the content and notifies the company with a 72-hour response window.

3. Resolution or sanitized public version

If no response arrives, a cleaned public version may appear.

Step 1 — Submission

The user selects the company, describes the experience, and attaches supporting documents. Sensitive data is detected and protected from the start.

Step 2 — Review

Before public visibility, Ashkoo reviews language, personal data, legal risk, and similarity to other cases.

Step 3 — Company notification

After approval, the case can appear as being tracked while the title and details stay masked. The company has 72 hours to respond.

Step 4 — Response or limited public opening

If the company responds, the flow stays private. If not, a sanitized public version may appear after the deadline. Sensitive data is never published.
