Who can reply?

Only users linked to the company through a verified company account or an approved ownership claim can publish an official reply.

What can a reply include?

A reply may include clarification, resolution steps, requests for information, or a contact proposal. It must stay professional.

Review request

If a company believes a case is misleading, inaccurate, or violates its rights, it can request review from the brand panel or via info@ashkoo.com.

After resolution

If the case is resolved, the resolution can be recorded. In some cases, the case can be archived or hidden upon joint request.
